The Federation of Modern Painters & Sculptors, founded in 1940 by Mark Rothko, Adolph Gottlieb, Meyer Schapiro and Milton Avery, was committed to presenting new forms of art. The Federation stays true to its original mission of preserving the importance of individuality and diversity in the creation of art.
Staying true to its founders, the Federation of Modern Painters & Sculptors presents “Annual 2022.” This year’s summer exhibition celebrates the longevity of this diverse group of artists.
